Baguette Tips
Oh, but maybe I should start by telling you dearest readers why I’m in the south of France for a month. Not that you really need a reason other than bread, but where are my blog manners!
You see, up until last year, le bf’s family was living in Aix-en-Provence, and his sister and her family still live in Salon-de-Provence. So most summers (and one very special winter), we take an extended vacation here.
There is lots of cooking to do here, with the tiny kitchens and big farmers markets and family dinners that go late into the night (espressos!).
And there’s the bread.
Please be a traveler, not a tourist. Try new things, meet new people, and look beyond what’s right in front of you. Those are the keys to understanding this amazing world we live in.
